남양주시는 10일 한국프레스센터 프레스클럽에서 진행된 ‘제10회 도전한국인상 시상식’에서 조광한 시장이 노인복지시설 환경개선 및 발전에 기여한 공로를 인정받아 ‘도전 한국인상 - 노인복지문화대상’을 수상했다고 밝혔다.
